Steve Cartwright released Legends part 1 some years ago with the help of Andrew (Scatz) Scattergood and Wayne Morris, and followed this up in 2020 in collaboration with fellow local songwriter Dave Taylor. The songs deal with local historical characters, sometimes in a serious way, sometimes comical – a bit like a Leicestershire version of “Horrible Histories”.
